SSC JE 2014 - Recruitment of Junior Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical /Civil)

SSC,Satff Selection Commission  will hold a Combined All India Open Examination on 25th May,2014 for recruitment to the posts of JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL) and (ELECTRICAL) in Central Public Works Department (CPWD) & Department of Posts, JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL) and JUNIOR ENGINEER(ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL) in Border Roads Organisation (BRO) in Ministry of Defence, JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL) &JUNIOR ENGINEER (Quantity Surveying & Contract) in Military Engineering Service (MES),JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL & MECHANICAL) in Central Water Commission (CWC) and Farakka Barrage for which Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Civil or Mechanical Engineering  or equivalent qualification is the minimum qualification.

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- for General/OBC  candidates.Women candidates and candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped,Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste and Ex.Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government Orders.

Scheme of Examination: The SSC JE 2014 examination will be conducted in two stages: 
                                           A. Written Test (500 marks) 
                                           B. Interview ( 100 marks)

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on the basis of their total marks in the Written Examination. qualified candidates for Interview will be recommended for appointment by the Commission on the basis of total marks in the Written Examination and Interview.

                    Part-I Registration-  Up to 26/03/2014,  5.00 PM
                    Part-II Registration- Up to 28/03/2014,  5.00 PM
